Performance Analytics inside Amped explained

There are 3 main parts to look at for analytics inside of Amped

  • Overall Account Performance

  • Individual Campaign Performance

  • Split Testing and Design Performance

1.) Overall Account Performance

  • "Total site visitors" is a unique count of visitors across the time period selected. This might be different than what is in Google Analytics. This will be closer to the "Users" in Google Analytics but it will likely be lower as this is a more unique visitor count than what Google Analytics calculates.

  • "Visitors shown an Amped Campaign" is also a unique count of any visitor that has seen any Amped campaign.

  • "Emails captured" and "Phone numbers" can be toggled to see how many emails and phone numbers have been captured during the time range selected.

2.) Individual Campaign Performance

  • "Visitors eligible" is a unique count of visitors who Amped determined should be shown the Campaign. This might be different from “Visitors shown this Campaign” due to the Campaign being eligible but not triggers. For example, there could be an exit intent campaign that the visitor was eligible for but it was never triggered and shown.

  • "Visitors shown this Campaign" is also a unique count of any visitor that has seen this Amped campaign.

  • "Emails captured" and "Phone numbers" can be toggled to see how many emails and phone numbers have been captured during the time range selected by this Campaign.

3.) Split Testing and Design Performance
